intent vs. content
here's a reflection of what we view of others.
if someone who is perceived as 'ungenerous' gives you a pack of crackers when you already have a muffin in front of you. would you discard it because you already have something better or would you appreciate it just for the fact that someone was thoughtful enough to give you something.
if someone were to tell you a story, when really their intent is to make you feel a certain way. would you believe it, would you agree to feel the way they want you to.
if someone were to tell you a story that was false, but genuinely believes its true. would you believe it.
when people wear (or hang on a wall, house, etc) a Crucifix/religious material, do you think "to them its..": a reminder , Christian recognition or 'because other people do it'/for fashion.
would you pay to listen to someone who is perceived as 'knowledgeable', but just wants to make a profit off their knowledge as opposed to sharing it for the wellbeing of others.
would you listen to someone perceived as 'unknowledgeable', but genuinely cares about your wellbeing and just wants to share what they know for free.
if i were to show you a photo of an aborted baby, would you think of me as disgusting when really i just want to show reality of whats really at stake when an abortion is conducted.
theres no right or wrong answer. we have free will for a reason. an open mind leads to an understanding mind. seek the truth. seek true intentions of others. dont assume, it makes an ass out of u and me.
